Woodseats entered two teams into the summer league this season. Woodseats A secured 2nd place in Division 2, while Woodseats B finished top of Division 3.
The summer league is always a great way to give new members competitive experience, and this year 25 players represented the club. Notable debuts came from Tom Wills, Joe Highland, Matthew Walshaw and Ben Assirati, who all made strong first impressions.
The winter season kicks off this week, with Woodseats fielding four teams across Divisions 1, 3, 3 and 5. The A team, boosted by several new additions over the summer, is aiming for a strong campaign.
